The Museum is now open for the summer season, with new exhibitions as well as many of the old favourites.

Scullery-Shop
As in the old farmhouses this room has a slate floor, which helped keep it cool on a busy washday. Cold water was pumped into the sink and heated in the copper in the corner which had a small fire beneath it. The plate rack was large enough to dry all the plates used for school meals.The room is currently used as the museum shop for souvenirs etc.
